Payment
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon
booking. This confirms your spot with Gotcha Covered for the
date and location of the event discussed and noted on your
initial invoice.
The remaining balance owing and final
numbers are due at least 3 days prior to event date. This
allows you time to confirm your guest count.
Set-up & Tear-down
Set-up and tear-down services are available.
Additional costs may apply due to location of event and
quantity of order.
Specific set-up times will not be determined
until the week of the event.
Requests can be made for the set-up to be
completed on a specific day and within a specific time
frame, however set-up schedules are not determined until the
week of the event due to hall availability and volume of
orders.
